A partir du moment où cette annonce doit pouvoir intéresser certains de nos
collègues francophones, veuillez consulter ci-dessous cette annonce de OMS
publiée dans E-Drug pour le recrutement d'un conseiller pharmaceutique pour
l'Afghanistan.

Il serait dommage et égoïste de laisser la primeur de cette annonce à nos
seuls collègues anglo-saxons, d'autant que la présence d'un expert
francophone serait une excellente chose.

Comme la langue de travail exigée pour ce poste est l'anglais ("as usual")
je n'ai pas traduit l'annonce originale.

Afghanistan Essential Medicines Action Programme (AEMAP)

Objectives of the Afghanistan Essential Medicines Action Programme (AEMAP)
*     Support the Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) of Afghanistan in
ensuring the regular supply to all people of a selected number of safe and
effective drugs of acceptable quality at affordable cost, as well as
promoting the rational use of these medicines by health care providers and
the general public
*     Help develop the capacity of the MOPH to implement the national drug
policy

Summary of responsibilities

(1) Manage, in close coordination with the MOPH, the devlopment,
implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the AEMAP
*     daily management of AEMAP activities
*     drafting 6-monthly workplans, 6-monthly report activity and financial
reports in consulatation and collaboration with MOPH

(2) Advise the MOPH senior officials to strengthen their capacity to
implement their National Drug Policy at national and provincial level
*     asssist MOPH to develop the necessary plans and administrative systems
*     provide technical advice on specific subjects such as drug supply
management including selection and quantification, regulatory matters
including registrationnd quality control, promoting rational drug use and
public education

(3) Collaborate closely with other organizations and agencies operating in
health-related activities in Afghanistan

(4) Represent WHO in meetings and any other assignments as necessary

Educational background, experience and skills
(a) Knowledge, abilities and skills:
Knowledge of public health with relevance to drug policies, drug supply
systems, drug quality assurance and rational use; thorough knowledge of drug
policy issues in developed and developing countries; good knowledge of and
access to professional networks of high-level international experts and
consultants in the field of essential drugs; good communication skills

(b) Education
Graduate degree in medicine or pharmacy from a recognized institution;
Postgraduate degree in public health or management.

(c) Practical experience
Over ten years national and international experience in developing and
implementing national drug policies; experience in supply management and
training is essential; specific experience with promoting rational drug use
an asset

(d) Languages required
Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English is essential Knowledge of
Farsi or Dari an asset
