[e-drug] Ketamine battle rages (11)

E-DRUG: Ketamine battle rages (11)

Dear Kirstin, dear all,

level 4 cannot be accepted as well because this will still block free access to
this life saving medicine. As Richard pointed out clearly in his BBC interview:
If China is challenged because of abuse of Ketamine then in China they have to
find own answers to that but should not carry that to a global level with all
consequences known and discussed already.

What do you mean with voting in WHO next year? If the UN-Commission on Narcotic
Drugs (NDC) decide this Friday to add Ketamine to level 4 of the list of
restricted medicines - would WHO be able to ignore such decision?
