1) Ensuring Equal Access to Health Services: User Fee Systems and the

This book examines user fee systems in five countries (Kenya, Guinea,
Tanzania, Ecuador, and Indonesia) and synthesizes the findings to
make recommendations for policy experts and decision-makers.
